A Pennsylvania woman is accused of faking terminal brain cancer to scam family and friends out of thousands of dollars. Vanessa O’Rourke, 37, was indicted on 15 counts of wire fraud in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and is currently being sought by the FBI.
