FirstHealth Fitness and the Clara McLean House are hosting A Day of Yoga on Saturday, April 18th, to benefit the Cancer CARE Fund. This full day of wellness runs from 8:00AM-5:00PM, with doors opening at 7:45AM at the Shadowlawn Room located at 20 FirstVillage Drive in Pinehurst. Every stretch and session supports local patients in need, providing a meaningful way to practice yoga while giving back to the community.
