This year’s Jump Forward Showcase is a community event aimed to spread the sport of jump rope as a fun and fitness activity for all. Through 3 45-minute shows, Bouncing Bulldogs team members will showcase exciting jump rope skills through performances, workshops, and mini competitions. Additionally, throughout the Showcase, we will have opportunities for audience members to come on stage and jump with us and join in on the fun! We welcome all ages to join us for the afternoon and we hope to see
