Join Aberdeen Parks and Recreation Department for Tai Chi sessions each Monday this month from 1pm-2pm at the Aberdeen Recreation Center! Tai Chi is a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner accompanied by deep breathing. You can alleviate stress and anxiety as well as improve mood and joint pain. Meets: Mondays from 1:00-2:00pm (March 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th) The cost per month is $21 for Aberdeen residents and $32 for nonresident. Drop in rates for $10.
