It’s a moment of balance, of honoring what is beofre it shifts. In this one-hour workshop, we’ll move through three phases: We’ll move through the history and lore of the summer of the summer solstice, drop into a guided meditation, and make a botanical intention tray pressed with solar and lunar herbs.
