The 250th Exhibit is a themed exhibit that is a showcase featuring visual art, as inspired by the United States Semiquincentiennial, which is the 250th anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence. The theme is up to the artist’s interpretation, and he/she may submit any work as long as it fits somehow with the media, subject matter or presentation of the 250th. Some examples include, but are not limited to: an art piece inspired by the time period during and/or the actual sign
