Join a park ranger assistant and learn about general first aid and how to avoid heat-related illnesses or hypothermia while hiking. This will be a tabling event, so feel free to swing by before hitting the trail when you visit. No sign up is required but for more information you can email hanging.rock@ncparks.gov.
