Led and coordinated by Jes, this program is for women encouraging them to prioritize their own well-being. This program creates a dedicated space where women can come individually to engage in wellness and self-care exercises and activities, while also providing a safe environment where they can be heard by other women. Each week looks different. Come and enjoy friendship and connection. This session is held the first, second, and third Thursdays of the month. No registration required. Community
