Marvin Tupper Jones of Chowan Discovery will explore the legacy of the Juneteenth Soldiers—USCT members who fought for freedom and justice during the Civil War. Jones is a native of Cofield, NC and has spent much of his life photographing, documenting, and researching the history of the “Winton Triangle” area.
