Join us for a special program that explores Black military history through Black GI Joe action figures. Free with admission to the doll, toy & miniature museum! 2 timeslots. Enjoy an all-ages PowerPoint presentation from presenter Les Albers, a military veteran, historical interpreter, and re-enactor. Les will use a display of thirteen 12-inch GI Joe figures to trace the Black military experience from 1778 through 2003. Each GI Joe figure represents a chapter in American history. You’ll learn
