The oldest Southern gospel convention in the nation happens at the Singing Grove in Benson and celebrates its 105th anniversary in 2026. It includes two days of gospel music competition including amateur duets, trios, quartets, choirs, and family groups. Some seating is provided; however, spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. There is no charge to attend. There is plenty of lodging in the area. Ample parking for buses is designated behind the stage area.
