Dive into oyster knowledge from coastal regions to cooking techniques! Led by chef JaQuari Friday, May 15th for a 10:30am start. A Shuckin’ Good Time! In this workshop you will learn all about oysters from where they come from and how they grow, how waters diversify their flavor and size from West to East Coast. You’ll learn how to properly clean, shuck and prep them and when and why you’d choose raw or cooked preparations. Oyster varieties will be determined during the week of class. Menu Oyste
