About Playground is a movement series that explores how playfulness and joy can help us ground ourselves and regulate our nervous systems! Our first theme is SPONTANEITY in celebration of the blue moon! \(Get it? Once in a blue moon!\) Explore how structure and spontaneity feel different in your body and in your brain through a parachute warm-up with Sally from Play More Charlotte, followed by grounding practices and discussion with Jasmine from Dancing Lotus.
