BFT Seaboard Station is hosting a HalfRox! We will have Open divisions for singles and doubles participants. A HalfRox is half the volume of a Hyrox race, which serves as a great option for people who have been curious about Hyrox but maybe unsure of committing to a full race and will also serve as a great training tool for experienced racers.
