Please Note: This event takes place offsite at Life Pointe Church located at 825 N Indiana St Join us every week on Thursday for Yoga classes led by an instructor from the YMCA! Attendees are advised to wear comfortable clothes and bring water as well as a yoga mat \(a limited number of mats will be available if you do not have one\). Bringing a towel \(to act as a cushion for some poses\) is also advised. Poses can be adapted to all skill levels so everyone from beginners to experts is welcome!
