Colonial Day at Shaw Property On Saturday, May 30, 2026, the Moore County Historic Association’s second Colonial Day event will take place at the Shaw House property in Southern Pines from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The activities are free as a family event. Activities will include Colonial reenactors in period dress, crafts from the period including a blacksmith, basket weaving, spinning, period children's games, and hourly short talks about the time period and events.
