Still, Us Finding Ourselves in Each Other! Join once a month for a supportive, reflective gathering led by Dr. Karen D. Sullivan, focused on connection, compassion, and living well alongside brain change and dementia. Meetings take place at Community Presbyterian Church in Pinehurst, 2:30pm-4:00pm. December 18th-Letting Be: Practicing acceptance and mindfulness, learning to sit with dementia as it is. January 29th, 2026-Letting Down: Allowing vulnerability and rest, honoring exhaustion, and aski
