Julia Briggs is a multi-media, poly-lingual visual artist. She teaches art and design in New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina. She has a worldly art education which started in her home-town of Sao Paulo, Brazil. After majoring in Fine Arts and Art History in NYC, she continues to practice
