Ages 50+ Aging Gracefully: Meaningful Movement Explorations – As we age it is important to keep the body moving, the brain focused, and the spirit fueled. In this technique/creative dance class, we will do so in a healthy, FUN way. We will warm the body, moving in a way that encourages each dancer to better honor and understand their unique physicality. Next, dancers will explore different ways to generate movement phrases.
