T. Stacy’s Team Awesome project mixes a jazz approach to pop music and a pop approach to jazz. The Human League, Thelonious Monk, Madonna, Wayne Shorter, Duran Duran, Michael Jackson and more. T.J. Stacy is a Jazz musician, composer and producer. He studied music at The New School with David Fiuczynski (Meshell Ndegeocello, Screaming Headless Torsos); and M-base Collective guitarist David Gilmore (Wayne Shorter, Steve Coleman); and participated in master classes and ensemble classes with Jim Hal
