Faculty who mentor undergraduate students in research experiences support scientific, personal, career, and professional growth of their students. They also challenge students to develop independence. Mentorship may also be beneficial with increasing faculty research productivity. This session is designed for faculty who wish to gain insight on scaling their mentoring workload accordingly for overseeing teams of undergraduate students.
