Instruction focuses on introduction to handbuilding techniques of pinching, slabbing, coiling and in Rachelle's class, a taste of wheel throwing. Plus glazing! Projects vary so students can repeat course as much as they would like. Students are encouraged to follow their own intuitive design making. Included: all clay and glazes, use of tools and equipment, kiln firings, guided instruction
