Do you admire handmade cards? Join JCRA volunteer and artist, Debra Singer-Harter, to have fun making whimsical art! We will paint garden scenes that include mountains or lakes. There will be paths for flowers, and sky for birds. We will start with a curvy line and then flick and blend our way to fanciful places that you create! Each student will receive all the supplies needed including a basic watercolor palette, practice paper and three watercolor cards. Debra leads the entire class through e
