Leaving the one for next Tuesday. Will host more weekend extra days rather than an extra weekday. I don't know about you - but I need the extra days. The Extra Miles. The extra wellness. Join us at Knightdale State Park for a 1 mile loop (as many times as you want to walk or run it). We'll run these extra days in conjuction with our normal Thursday evening. Tuesday will stay at the same location. Thursday will rotate each month as normal.
