Thursday, July 9, 2026 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Where: Donelson Description: Every Thursday. Mats are provided or you can bring your own. Beginners are welcome.Richard started yoga when it was a new thing in Nashville, around 1974. The downtown YMCA was where he learned under Bill Kuckler. He pushed Richard into getting a license around 1990 and began teaching the Downtown YMCA. When Richard retired from his stock broker job in 2010 he began teaching at the Donelson library and the Donelson 50 Forward.
