We are excited to be hosting a special Memorial Day event in honor of our fallen soldiers. We will start the day at 8am with a viewing of Lone Survivor and then follow it up by doing the Murph Workout at 10:30am. For those who aren't familiar with the Murph workout, it is a workout dedicated to Navy Lt. Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in June of 2005.
