This Town wide festival will honor Stovall's most famous resident and signer of the Declaration of Indepencence, John Penn. The festival will feature two live John Penn reenactments at 12 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. plus his grand entrance on a horse drawn carriage down Main St. in Stovall. There will be a Stovall Car Cruise-In, raffles, pie in the face, and a Kid Zone includes a variety of kid games, face paint, bounce houses. This festival also includes an amazing line up of vendors of all varietie
