**Pushing the start time back for July and August in hopes of avoiding the sun** Join us for our Weekly Wellness Meetup to get moving and stay active. Whether you walk, run, jog, or some combination of them all - come out and tag along. We're not a run group, we aren't racing, we are just motivation and encouraging each other to get out of the house and put health first.
