DSS's outreach representatives will be at Richland Library to assist customers with answers to their SNAP \(Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or Food Stamps\) questions. This can include completing your SNAP interview, asking questions about your benefits, and completing renewal paperwork. If you have any questions about your SNAP benefits and application, this is the event for you. In December 2025, over 250,000 South Carolina homes received SNAP benefits to feed their families.
