We'll meet as a group (anyone 50+ is welcome, to join) and walk on an outdoor (paved) trail together! We'll walk on the Mary Black Rail Trail and meet behind the YMCA. You can walk at your own pace or stick with the group! If it's raining at the time the walk is supposed to start, we'll move things inside to the Dr. TK Gregg Community Center indoor track.
