This one-hour Hula class will introduce you to the beautiful cultural dance of the Hawaiian people. After first discussing the history of Hula, the class moves into embodying the foundational steps with that cultural understanding. You are invited to bring a scarf to tie around your waist or a skirt to wear - this is optional! There will be a few extras available for anyone who would like to borrow one.
