It’s been a year since Saxapahaw was hit by a storm and huge flood with massive impacts on this village and community we hold so dear. Neighbors, friends, businesses, families, donors, volunteers and community organizations near and far joined together to dig out, build back and support each other. The loving response was truly beautiful and overwhelming with so many pitching to help. We came together at Haw River Ballroom that very first day to organize and respond and it’s truly amazing to see
