Meet with us at Lake Parker for a 30 minute grounding class. Bring a yoga mat, towel, or you can sit on the ground. You can also bring a chair if you are not comfortable on the ground. We will guide you in using all of your senses and embrace nature to help you feel more grounded. No sign up needed, just show up and enjoy nature with us. This is a free class but there will be a donation box to help us keep doing what we are doing. We will put up signs to guide you to the location. To learn more
