Gain confidence in expressing yourself through poetry as you reflect, communicate, and consider the relationship between inspiration and discipline. In this workshop we will learn to write poetry. We will use mindfulness to slow down our observations and record our discoveries. We will play games to help us connect concepts and make our writing more elevated.
