Mahjong is a fun game to play, but also it has many cognitive benefits. It is known to help dementia, and aid concentration and memorization abilities. Come practice this inherently social game, and enjoy mental and social benefits! The tiles, mats, and cards are all provided in this session. Just bring yourself:) We have 2025 cards to play with at this time. This is a program where adults can play American Mahjong. All levels are welcome! At this time, this is a play session, no formal instruct
