For those moving through any kind of grief: loss of a loved one, of a pet, divorce, retirement, unexpected life transitions. Participants are guided to create their own tools to go through moments of grief (18+). The activities use creativity for balance, self-discovery and expression, finding purpose and resilience, with basic art supplies. No artistic skills required. All supplies included.
