Roots to Renewal is a 5-week guided journaling and reflection program and a continuation of Writing Through the Storm. While the first program focused on understanding the storms we experience in the present, Roots to Renewal explores the deeper roots of our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns. Through guided writing, reflection, and discussion, participants will develop greater self-awareness while discovering how your experiences have shaped who you are today-and how you can move forward
