Bright Shadow (bright-shadow.org) creates spaces for community, healing, and reconnection for those grieving losses to and of the natural world. Our yoga class pop-ups are an opportunity to tend the nervous system through healthy stress, mindful pauses, and deepening our ability to understand the body’s language.
