The North Carolina African American Heritage Commission is excited to formally invite you to the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Africa to Carolina Inclusive Public Art unveiling. The ceremony will be held on July 16th, at 10am, in Winnabow, NC at the Brunswick Town/Fort Anderson State Historic Site.
