Bourbon is a fantastic spirit for pairing with our Italian Cuisine! The nuanced flavors and different styles add additional layers to the already exceptional food created by Chef Matt Greiner. Our Sommelier, Bryan Tucker, has paired a variety of hard-to-find bourbons to showcase the versatile nature of the spirit. The dinner begins with specialty bourbon cocktail, followed by a three-course dinner with bourbon pairings. We look forward to hosting you!
