Make your mark on downtown Franklin! Register to chalk a 3- by 3-foot square in the heart of Ethos Celebration of the Arts for a chance to share your creativity and to win a $250 prize for the best USA 250th-themed art, plus $100, $50 and $25 cash prizes. Divisions include 0-11 years old, 12-17 years old, and 18\+ years old. Artists, beginners, businesses and kids are welcome. Single spaces are 3- by 3-foot squares, but larger configurations are accepted. The cost to enter is $10 per square and
