Come showcase your ability at the TALI Croft State Park Off-Road Duathlon. The Adult race takes you on a 3.5-mile trail run where you will be running where horses still roam, watch out for those horse pies. Then its off to the mountain bike trail course with plenty of climbing, drops and water crossings to make you feel as if you are riding on a bronco. Once on the trail you will do two loops equally 8 miles for total distance of 9. Finish with a 1.5 mile out and back dash through a wooded area
