Neon Galaxy This project is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Come create an outer-space galaxy scene using special neon paint that glows under blacklight. After we paint, we'll turn up the music, turn on the blacklights, and get the glow party started! Make sure to dress in white or fluorescent colors so you can glow just like your artwork!
