The Voice Inc., the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Omicron Nu Nu Chapter, and the City of Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department is back again for the 20th annual FREE Round Rock Juneteenth Festival in Old Settlers Park, presented by Austin Telco Federal Credit Union.
