This event is a one hour all levels vinyasa yoga class set to a curated playlist of iconic music from Woodstock 99. Participants will flow through a sequence of postures while listening to tracks from artists including Limp Bizkit, Metallica, Creed, and Korn. The session provides a unique opportunity to combine physical movement with the high energy sounds of the late nineties.
