Prior to opening to the general public, the museum will be open for a Sensory-Friendly event. Sensory Friendly Day begins at 9 a.m. You are welcome to stay as long as you wish, however the museum will open to the public at noon on Sensory Friendly Day. Trained museum educators and volunteers will be stationed around the museum with specially designed interactive activities to create a meaningful experience at each exhibit.
