In this hour long lesson you will learn about bitters and the role they play in the cocktail making process. Then you hit the lab and start to craft your very own bespoke bottle of bitters for home use from our selection of house made tinctures and extractions. A great way to up your cocktail skills and knowledge while crafting a unique bitter for your home bar.
