In the year following Helene, we continue to hold space for WNC residents to find community healing and connection. Our FREE virtual Listening Circles offer a judgement-free, trauma-informed space to gather, reset and reflect—together. Participants will have the opportunity to: Name or acknowledge what is difficult, Share individual resources, experiences or feelings, and Practice hands-on tools to help manage stress, anxiety, overwhelm or grief.
