FreeBody Therapeutics: The Neck and Shoulder Liberation Series is a trauma-informed, three-week guided experience designed to help you release deep tension, restore natural movement, and feel at home in your upper body again. Each session combines: \* targeted self trigger point release and therapeutic foam rolling to release muscular tension \* somatic shaking for fascia softening \* grounding breathwork for nervous system regulation \* simple yoga-based movement to improve hydration and mobili
