During this 2-hour special class, come and celebrate the Summer Equinox and join in a sacred practice of 108 Yoga Mala. We will ground on the earth and complete 9 rounds of 12 surya namaskar A for a total of 108 Sun Salutations. There will be breaks, meditation, and discussion woven into the practice.
